NBA 2K21 has done a remarkable job at taking the popular and well-received features in years past and combining them with innovative ways to experience the NBA lifestyle. One area of the game that continues to impress is the community events within the NBA 2K MyPark. There are many engaging live events that 2K players can get in on and use to up their game. However, one new community event that has people talking is the NBA 2K21 Dime Time event.
What is Dime Time in NBA 2K21?
Dime Time is a single-day event that takes place once a year on NBA 2K MyPark. During the event, players will be required to rack up the assists to receive massive rewards. At the start of the Dime Time event, 2K will have a set number of assists that the entire 2K community must hit to reap the rewards and win the event.
If the number of assists is eclipsed, every player who participated in the event will win a prize. Part of the fun with this mode is that during gameplay, your assist stats go up, making players better at passing for a shorter period. Hence, “Dime Time.”
Most “prizes” come in the form of rewards, which for this event would award you buffs towards your Assist stat. The event itself seems to only be open for one day, with the last one taking place on April 7th, 2021. Many within the community believe that another NBA 2K21 Dime Time will roll in around May.
NBA 2K21’s Dime Time in MyPark is a tremendous way to improve your passing skills in 2k and join in on a fun way to engage with the community. Whether you’re out there gifting out apples like CP3 or receiving them like Zion, Dime Time is the perfect opportunity to take your 2k passing to the next level!
