What to Do Before the Mission

The prerequisites for sealing Thermia Fractures are Coolant Canisters. You would need to go to the Orb Vallus, and visit the northwest part of the map called the Temple of Profit. You will encounter bug-type enemies, one big one called the Exploiter Orb and little ones called Coolant Rankoid. There is no need for you to waste time trying to kill the big guy, just kill the little ones and loot them off their Coolant Canisters.

We would recommend playing this event in a team and taking multiple canisters since the second phase of the event will be a tricky one and you would like to always have some backup.

How to Find Thermia Fractures

Once you have the canisters, go fly around the map and look for some fractures in it (it will look like the ground is burning). Place your canister on the fissure in the ground and get ready to rumble since the real fight is on now.

Enemies will start spawning from all sides in an attempt to stop you from sealing Thermia Fractures. There will be some minor and weaker enemies but there’s also a chance that you’ll encounter some boss-type foes as well. Since you don’t know what to expect, make sure everyone in your team knows their roles so someone can guard the canister and soak up damage while others can go on and kill enemies.

Best Strategy for Victory

Tanking up damage and guarding the canister is vital since those sneaky enemies’ attention can’t be dragged away. If you happen to just walk away from the canister and try to carry the battle someplace else, they will simply attack and destroy the canister.

These never-ending waves of enemies can feel like cutting a head off a Hydra sometimes so some players even like to just disable and dodge them while the canister is getting filled, since every time you kill an enemy, a new one replaces him and you have bigger chances of getting a boss to fight you.

When you finish sealing off one Thermia Fracture you and your team can just hop on to the next one like a bee does to a flower and repeat the process. The canister will have a limited capacity so that’s why it’s a smart choice for your team to have multiple canisters. The more canisters you fill up the bigger the bonuses you guys can get.
