The Only Spell Known to Stop a Lethifold is What in Hogwarts Legacy?

One of the more difficult questions.

At some point during your travels of Hogwarts Legacy, you’re going to stumble across a Ravenclaw Student called Sophronia Franklin. She’s sitting in a corner on the second floor of Hogwarts, and she asks the player to take her quizzes. Over the course of these quizzes, she’ll ask you what is the only known spell to stop a Lethifold.

This one is a doozy, and it’s hidden within a bunch of other difficult questions. You might not know the answer to it – but we do. We’re going to tell you exactly what spell is known to stop a Lethifold so that you can tell Sephronia. Be warned – there are more questions to come after this.

During Sophronia’s second round of questioning, she’ll ask you what is the only spell known to repel a Lethifold. You’ll be given the option of selecting one of these three options:

  • The Knockback Jinx
  • The Stunning Spell
  • The Patronus Charm

The correct answer to this question is your third response – the Patronus Charm. According to Sophronia, there’s only been one survivor of a Lethifold attack. It was a Wizard named Flavius Belby who was attacked while on holiday in Papua New Guinea.

So, there you have it. We wish we could say that’s all there is to it, but Sophronia’s second quiz is full of questions that even the best Hogwarts student wouldn’t be able to answer. What’s worse is that this isn’t even the hardest quiz she has available. There’s another one after this – so you’ve got a long road ahead.

Hogwarts Legacy is going to perplex you from time to time – which is why you should be following Gamer Journalist on Facebook. We’ve got all the answers you need, whether for Sophronia, or something else entirely.
