Save the World full access comes to Fortnite Crew in May 2021

Save the World full access comes to Fortnite Crew in May 2021

In December 2020, with the launch of Season 5, Epic Games launched a subscription service for Fortnite, known as Fortnite Crew. Players can subscribe for $12 per month to access the battle pass, exclusive outfits, accessories, and 1,000 V-Bucks every month. It’s a pretty good deal if you love Fortnite, and it’s getting even better in the coming month. Full, permanent access for Fortnite Save the World is coming to Fortnite Crew in May 2021.

The latest post from Epic Games details what’s included in the Fortnite Crew May 2021 edition. They are sweetening the deal this month with full, permanent access to Save the World, Fortnite‘s PvE mode. Subscribers will automatically unlock the game forever if they do not already own it. Save the World is currently available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.

Players who play on a platform without Save the World will still have access to the game if they play on another supported platform on their account sometime in the future. Fortnite Crew members who unsubscribe from the service will still have access to Fortnite Crew, hence the “full, permanent access,” so you don’t need to stay subscribed to reap the rewards.

Of course, access to Save the World isn’t everything Fortnite Crew subscribers get next month. Subscribers also get access to a new Hero and Outfit: Deimos. Additionally, the matching Neo Underworld Set will also be available. Here’s a look at what’s in store for Fortnite Crew subscribers in May 2021:

  • Deimos Outfit
  • Neo Underworld Set
    • Sorrow’s Edge Back Bling
    • Sorrow’s Reach Pickaxe
    • Doomed Echo Wrap
    • Skull Stalker Loading Screen
