Rogue Company Stuck on Loading Player Data

Rogue Company players getting stuck on the loading player data screen cannot proceed to the game menus and launch a game. There are a few fixes you can try to resolve the issue so you can play uninterrupted. First, force close the game by hitting ALT+F4, or ALT+Enter to minimize the game, enter your task manager, and end the process.

Relaunch the game and try again. If you proceed to get this error, the servers might be undergoing some maintenance or technical issues. You can follow the official Rogue Company Twitter to stay up-to-date on any ongoing issues. The team typically posts whenever an update is going out, or if there are any known issues. If the problem is on their end, there’s not much you can do to resolve it.

However, you may want to double-check your internet connection still to ensure it’s working properly. Try launching another game and seeing if you can connect, or open your web browser and visit a few websites. If all works fine, there’s likely a problem with Rogue Company servers that prevents you from connecting.

Check the server status

To check the status of the Rogue Company servers, head to the Hi-Rez Studios Server Status page. Check under the Rogue Company section for any outages or partial outages.
