There’s arguably no position in Madden NFL 22 that’s more overlooked and undervalued than kickers. They’re relied on to come through in the highest of pressure situations at the end of games, and are heavily scrutinized when they don’t succeed. If they do, they’re beloved by the entire fan base, but when they fail, everybody immediately wants their head.
As a result, having a quality kicker is absolutely paramount for any team hoping to compete deep into the regular season and the playoffs. Which is why we’ve created our own Madden NFL 22 tier list ranking some of the best kickers in the game.

Since player ratings fluctuate throughout the NFL season, the following tier list is based on each player’s abilities by the end of the year (including the playoffs).
