How to Make Money Chicken Racing

There are many ways to earn some money in Like a Dragon: Ishin. Acquiring wealth in every game will always have faster methods. And, well, usually the high risk methods are the ones that yield the most profit. That is the case of Chicken Racing, an activity you will unlock once you reach Rakugai in Chapter 3. You will earn money by betting, and well, while it is a risky thing to do, there are some advantages on betting in video games. The biggest one is, well, nothing is true, everything is permitted. Sorry, I got a little Ezio over there. Anyway, here is how to make money at Chicken Racing.

  • You will have raise some money before betting. You know, that’s the basic rule, having enough money to wager. Spend it to buy at least 3,600 Kifuda wooden tags, which will set you back around 36 Ryo.
  • Save your game in case your bets don’t go the way you planned. This will be your backup if you end up with no money. I wish this was a thing in real life. No, I don’t bet, but I sure as anti-heaven would if one could start over. Anyway, back to the guide.
  • Start betting using the Dividend List. Place 300 Kifuda tags on each option.
  • If you have a profit, then save and go ahead and repeat your bet. If you lose, then load up your previously save file. Repeat this until you are satisfied.

These plates will sell for 3 Ryo 7,500 Mon at the Ebisu Pawnbroker. As you can see, and as I have stated above, this is indeed the fastest way to make some money, so go ahead and just bet on them chickens.
