To get the DM Ultra camo in Black Ops Cold War, you need to unlock the Diamond Camo for all weapon classes in multiplayer. Here is the full process for unlocking DM Ultra:

• Unlock 35 Multiplayer Camo Skins for each Weapon Class
• Unlock Gold Camo for each Weapon Class
• Unlock Diamond Camo for each Weapon Class

The DM Ultra skin is a reactive weapon camouflage, meaning it has an animation. This skin has a purplish-blue tint with waves moving through it. There is some gradient to this skin, so many players may like the look and want to unlock it.
