Linking Account to an Activision Account

The easiest way to earn an in-game skin for free is by linking your Activision and CoD: Mobile accounts together. Right now, you get a scuba Ghost skin!

Daily Log-Ins

Staying on track and logging in daily also gives you the chance to earn some free skins as there are milestones that can be reached, thus giving you access to them. There are various daily login systems in CoD: Mobile, so there are multiple ways to earn in this regard.

Daily Mission Crates

You can also find skins in the Daily Mission Crates that you’re given every day that you log in as well. These are randomly doled out so it’s less likely to get a skin often.

Lucky Board Rewards

Similarly, you have the Lucky Board which has instances of skins being able to be picked up. Though these are typically pricey to get, you can watch ads in-game to get free chances on this randomly chosen game.

Playing In-Game Events

There are always in-game events going on in CoD: Mobile, offering players even more of a chance to get skins by completing event-specific challenges and missions.

Battle Pass

Though there are a lot of great prizes to win throughout the premium battle pass, the free one also includes tiers that have character skins every so often. You could also play the season, and earn enough CP through the tiers to then purchase the premium pass, thus giving you access to all skins within it for free.

Purchase Using Credits

The free in-game currency called Credits also can be put towards skins in the store every once in a while, though they cost way too much. Be ready to grind for those ones.

Get Grandmaster Ranked in BR

Something that can be achieved if you put your nose to the grindstone is the chance to earn skins at various Grandmaster ranks in the Battle Royale mode.

Pre-Order the Mainline Games or Play in Betas

Typically, either pre-ordering the bigger Call of Duty games or even participating in their betas can yield you rewards. Most recently, players got a Modern Warfare 2 Ghost variant skin if they pre-ordered the Vault Edition of the game.

Prime Gaming

Your last way to earn skins for free is to be a Prime Gaming member and wait for CoD: Mobile to offer subscribers an Operator Bundle for the game which happens every few months.

Well, those are all of the various ways that you can earn skins for free in Call of Duty: Mobile! Be sure to check out some of our other great guides for the game, such as Call of Duty Mobile Codes (November 2022).
