Which gun is the best?

With every new Season of Call of Duty Mobile comes new gun METAs and changes to keep the game fresh and exciting for its player base. This is our Tier List of the current Best to Worst Primary Weapons that you can use in Call of Duty Mobile. With explanations given for the gun placements of Tiers S, A, B and F. List C has been left out specifically for the reason that the guns placed on this Tier are all decent but nothing special. There are much better guns to be discussed further on our list, alongside the reason why some should never be chosen in a match. So, let’s get into it.

  • M13 – Will always be the go-to, classic, all-rounder Assault Rifle in Call of Duty. For new casual players of Call of Duty Mobile, we recommend using the M13. You cannot go wrong with this gun.
  • Kilo 141 – Similar to the M13, the Kilo is just a great Assault Rifle. Both ARs are very consistent and have not received a nerf or a buff in Call of Duty Mobile in a very long time. These are the best-balanced guns in the game. For new players, casual or competitive, go for the Kilo.
  • SKS – The best Marksman Rifle in the game. Due to its fast fire rate, the SKS is a very powerful and forgiving gun for players. As players are able to unload a full clip into an enemy, with little recoil and good damage output.

  • Holger 26 – Best LMG in the game. For players who enjoy playing slower and more strategically. Has great mobility for an LMG and has recently been buffed with a 17% bullet spread accuracy increase. With a Range and Damage increase too. The Holger is the best weapon for those who may miss some shots but can redeem themselves with the Light Machine Guns larger magazine.
  • CBR-4 – This gun is currently the best SMG as of Season 10 in Call of Duty Mobile. With the ability to shoot mid-range, as long as you aim for the chest and above, you can kill enemies rather quickly. It is a versatile gun for this reason, having the option to play slower, picking off enemies, or aggressively pushing enemies in close head-to-head fights. The CBR can kill enemies close-range with only 4 bullets.
  • R9-0 – Quick firing Shotgun with a high mag capacity. For Season 10, this is the best Shotgun in the game.
  • ZRG 20mm- The Sniper Rifle best used for respawn sniping.
  • DL-Q33 – Fast ADS Speed, good mobility, able to hit jump and slide shots easily.

A Tier

  • PP19 Bizon- With its buff for Season 10 it has overthrown the Switchblade. With a 64-round mag, fast mobility and good damage range. It is the perfect SMG for players with various playstyles, from passive to the more aggressive playstyles.
  • Krig 6 – Another fantastic AR, however, it requires the player to hit more critical shots. Therefore, it is less forgiving than the M13 and Kilo. In order to fully utilize the abilities of the Krig 6, you need to have an optic equipped. It’s a great gun for competitive players and those who can master the Krig. But for the more casual players, there are better AR options.
  • XPR 50- Whilst its ADS speed is slower than other guns, it’s a one-shot kill Sniper when aiming for enemies within 40 meters. It’s magazine size of 8 bullets lowers its ranking. But the XPR has had a recent buff too, and players should add Stopping Power to this gun to increase its damage output. If you are a player that can regularly hit the chest to headshots, then this is the gun for you. Would easily be an S-Tier gun if it wasn’t for it being a harder gun to use than others.

  • SVD – Another Sniper Rifle. You can spam the bullets on this one, meaning it is a lot more forgiven if you were to miss your first shot.
  • KSP-45 – For more skilled players, this SMG has a higher damage output compared to other SMGs for mid-range fights. Making it a more viable option for hybrid players that like to play both passively and aggressively.
  • KRM-262 – Consistent one-shot kills at close-range. Does good damage mid to long-range too.
  • Kilo Bolt-Action – An underrated choice but the Kilo Bolt-Action is a guaranteed one-shot kill gun when aiming at the enemy’s chest. The only reason for its lower rating is due to the slow loading of the gun in the chamber.
  • Type 25 – Add the Stopping Power attachment to fully utilize the latest Buff upgrade on the Type 25. As it only has a 30-round mag, you need to hit those critical shots (chest and above) in order to take down multiple enemies in quick succession. Good gun for mid to close-range fights.
  • AL VAL – An underrated Assault Rifle,
  • Chopper – An underrated, good LMG with low recoil but slower mobility than other LMGs. Still has the possibility of becoming the new META in future seasons. Great gun for passive players.

B Tier

  • BY15 – a longer ranged Shotgun choice. But with its Range comes a lacking in other factors such as Mobility and Accuracy.
  • Switchblade X9 – The was the best SMG as of Season 8 and 9 but has recently been nerfed. Although it has slower mobility to the MAC-10, it has a higher damage output. However, the Range and Damage output for Mid-range fights has been lowered. The Switchblade still has fast ADS Speed and Movement Speed, allowing for good mobility.

  • MAC-10 – The best SMG for highly aggressive players, with the fastest fire rate of all SMGs. The best gun to use for players who are constantly moving around the map, taking out enemies one after the other. It has both good close-range damage output and incredibly fast mobility. However, there are better guns for damage and the ability to kill quickly in both close and mid-range fights.
  • AGR-556 – Good SMG but there are better choices for Sub Machine Guns.
  • Peacekeeper MK2 – Because of it’s recent nerf, the Peacekeeper is lower on our tier list. With the nerf decreasing the Strafe Speed and Gun Range.
  • Rytec-AMR – Slower Sniper Rifle than others with ADS Speed but has a high damage output with one-shot kills. A Sniper to use for slower, more passive players. Unless you are really skilled with Snipers, this gun may not be for you.

  • Chicom CQB – Terrible time to kill. Very small damage output. By far the worst SMG in the game.
  • M21 EBR – The worst Sniper Rifle in the game. Requires a minimum of 3 shots to take down an enemy, even when aiming for the chest.
  • Striker – Slow time to kill for a Shotgun, requires many shots to take down one enemy.
  • HS2126 – Similar to the Striker, both have a terribly low damage output, and slow time to kill.

That is our Tier List for Call of Duty Mobile Primary Weapons in Season 10. Which gun is your favorite? Depending on how you like to play. Either passively or aggressively, the gun of your choice may not be high on this list. An important note is that some guns such as the Type-25, Krig 6 and XPR 50 are fantastic guns but are more challenging to use than others. For experienced players, these would be S-Tier guns.

But the list has been made, factoring in which are the easiest guns, and which are the more challenging guns to use. This list is recommending guns based on the players experience on COD Mobile. Therefore, guns such as the ones mentioned previously appear lower on the list due to the higher skill gap when using the better, more challenging guns that require you to regularly hit your shots. Our S Tier is decided by this criterion so that new players looking to know which guns to use, can focus on getting better with easier options such as the M13 and Kilo 141.

The final note is that this is an opinion-based Tier List. With no hard facts or Science to back the claims in this list. With every new season and update the META changes.
