How to Get All Ivory Keys in Division 2

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is a widely popular looter shooter. The most fun part of the game is taking out enemies and grabbing loot boxes and everything inside them. One of the more special loot boxes are those unlocked only by the Ivory Keys. Everything about these boxes and keys are special and unique as well as the rewards inside them. This means surely you’re chomping at the bit to get your hands on them. So here’s how to get all Ivory Keys in Division 2.

How to get all Ivory Keys

The Ivory Keys are very special items. You can only get them by killing 12 optional bosses known as The Hunters. On top of that, each key also has a cryptic riddle you have to solve to obtain as well.

If this is as hard as it sounds, it totally is. All Hunters are level 35 and very difficult to find without clues and constantly using the map and a guide such as this. Luckily this also ties in with another secret mission involving the hunters. You can read where to find the hunters and their masks by clicking here.

Once you’ve done that you can check back here for what’s left you need to do to find the Ivory Keys. You will sadly have to kill the Hunters several times, each time an Ivory Key will be dropped.

It is unclear if there is a pattern to how many Ivory Keys drop each mission redo with the Hunters, but we don’t think you have to do it 8 times over. However, this is a lot of secret boss killing.

What’s inside the Ivory Key Chest and Location

Now, this big special chest that you need 8 Ivory Keys to unlock is located near the main White House entrance. It’s located past the Quartermaster and Vendor and to the right. This is also where the Barber will be once you unlock him. The big special Ivory Key locked box is right there on the table nearby.

Once you unlock the Ivory Key box you’ll have obtained the Shield Splinterer – F2000 assault rifle. Yup, this thing is highly sought after and one of the best ARs in the game. You’ll get a white weapon skin for it as well. You will also receive the Hunter’s Axe backpack trophy. If you want the highest gear score possible, wait to open this chest at World Tier 5.
