And well, The Division 2 is a mixed bag of feelings from the beginning, but things have taken a favorable turn in recent years. Furthermore, you can gain bonus offensive and defensive damage upon detonation, so you are looking at a premium offering. There is another reason, though: it is very hard to get. And why is that? You see, the only way to get it is as a drop in the Operation Iron Horse raid. And, as you may correctly assume, this raid is extremely difficult and may take some time to successfully complete it.
