To discover new blueprints you will need to know where they are located at enemy territories. While sneaking or blasting your way through buildings, you may come across folders or communication devices full of information. These will give you an option to locate blueprints in the area.

Hordes of enemies tend to guard locations with blueprints, so be cautious and ready to fight. It’s never just as simple as sneaking in there and grabbing the blueprint without anyone noticing.

When you’re out of combat, you can talk to some NPCs to gain some knowledge about them. Doing this is also beneficial because you can learn about new missions and blueprint locations. Make sure to speak to everyone you can so you don’t end up missing a good blueprint.

Intelligence and talking to civilians are the two main methods of acquiring new blueprints. You may get lucky and come across some on your own without doing any of this, but you should definitely be on the lookout for intel laying around at all times.
