If severe enough you can reach the death penalty or can land you in tough high security prisons. You’ve landed in prison from your misdeeds and now you want to get out of your situation. Prison mini-game feature

Once you’re in jail or a high security prison facility you have the opportunity to escape. That’s why you’re here, right? This mini-game requires you to evade a prison guard, and once you get to the end of the map, you have escaped. A guard moves twice for every move the player makes. The guard can also follow you by moving to the same line you are at. Walls are of no concern since a guard can’t move where it’s blocked at. When you succeed you can gain back your freedom to live another life. Remember, escaping prison unlocks an achievement, so sometimes, it’s a good thing to bend the rules a little.

Prison map 3×4:

If you were fortunate enough to only get a short sentence you will be placed in prison instead of maximum security. The scenarios are easier to navigate and they all follow the same pattern. Escape without letting a guard find you. Here’s how you can escape a 3×4 map:

  • Start at the bottom center with the guard facing you
  • Move your character to the left tile, back to the center, back to left (4x)
  • This will trap the guard against a wall
  • Have your character go to the far right corner
  • Move two tiles up
  • Exit to the right

Prison map 4×4:

You will see that both of these characters, guard and yourself, will move simultaneously. It may seem difficult at first, but if you follow this list you’ll be able to escape in no time!

  • Your character will be on the bottom right corner with the guard two tiles in front of you
  • Move your character to the left corner of the bottom row
  • Move your character forward to the top corner
  • Bring your character back to the bottom left corner
  • Have your character move to the bottom right corner
  • Go straight to the exit

Prison map 4×4 Map 2:

This map is different from the other in terms of how many opportunities there will be to trap the prison guard. That’s what you need to focus on is trapping him.

  • Your character starts off at the third tile on the top row
  • Move one square down
  • Move towards the far left tile
  • Go down to the bottom left tile
  • Move up once
  • Move once to the right
  • Move up once
  • Go right and you’ll be on the second row
  • Move up once to be in the third tile on the top row
  • Move right
  • Go down two tiles
  • Make for the exit on the right

Prison map 5×4:

This is one of the easiest maps you can come across. It’s straight forward with you only only taking a few steps to complete.

  • You start off on top row next to a guard on your left
  • Move your character to the far right corner
  • Move down two tiles
  • Go to the tile next to you on your right
  • Head for the exit

Maximum Security #1 8×8:

Escaping from this maximum security is no joke at all. You need to plan ahead for this one. You need to focus on keeping distance away from the jailer, while still, making your way towards the exit. If you check the map you can determine which areas are perfect for the jailer to get trapped at.

Congratulations if you have managed to escape prison! You’ve accomplished a lot in your life and now it’s time to get rewarded for it. There are a few ribbons you can earn after you have escaped prison. The first ribbon you can earn is called “Jailbird Ribbon” and that is rewarded when you have escaped prison three or four times. After you have done that you need to stay in prison until you have passed away. The last ribbon you can earn is “Houdini Ribbon” and that is given if you have gone to prison a bunch of times. Level up your character until you hit your 60s and start robbing houses to get caught. Once you’ve been in prison, escaped, and repeated the process you will obtain this ribbon.

Great job! If you want to walk the path of the righteous now, why not try becoming a nun?
