‘Thirst for Knowledge’ Mission Summary

For the ‘Thirst for Knowledge’ Legion Mission, the goal is simple. Successfully complete 5 Contracts, each being completed within 1 minute. You can complete each Contract in different deployments. Therefore you do not need to worry about hitting this objective back to back within a single deployment. However, due to its miniscule timer of 1 minute players need to be a master in completing the Al Mazrah Contracts. Otherwise, this Mission can be a tad overwhelming. But at this point, players should be well equipped with handling each Contract in DMZ.

How to Complete ‘Thirst for Knowledge’

Because this Mission asks for you to complete Contracts within 1 minute per Contract, you must know which Contracts take the least amount of time. This gives you something to focus on with each deployment and it means that you do not need to worry about what you can and cannot do quickly in DMZ. Whether you are playing DMZ solo or as a team, these Contracts are the ones you should prioritise over others in hitting that 1 minute criterion.

Of course, this Contract is much easier to complete if you were working with a team. Where Contracts could be completed incredibly quick. making it more efficient to hit Contracts you may not be hitting as a solo. With having at least one teammate with you, you can accomplish the Contracts twice as fast if you both are well versed in the process of completing specific Contract types. Most DMZ Contracts cannot be completed with one person in a single minute. Meaning that it may be far more helpful to complete this one as a team.

The Contracts to Hit

If you are attempting to complete this Mission on your own, we recommend using a vehicle to travel to and from Contracts. This will give you a faster means of getting to each point of the Contract that you will need to hit in 1 minute. However the two Contracts that you should prioritise whether you are playing solo or as a team, is the HVT and Secure Nuclear Material Contracts. These can be completed within the 1 minute timeframe.

HVT Contract

The HVT Contract is a rectangle symbol with a crosshair in the centre on the Al Mazrah Map. Before picking up the Contract, make sure to check the nearby area in which the Contract will likely spawn in the destination in which you will need to find the target. You do however, need to upgrade on your own Map knowledge of Al Mazrah to remember the specific spots in which the HVT targets will likely spawn in. The HVT target stands out for their white trousers, black bulletproof vest and helmet appearance. You should eliminate the lower-levelled AI around him first before collecting the Contract. Once done, return to the Contract, pick it up and go back to the target to kill him.

Secure Nuclear Material

What you need to do here is first complete a Secure Nuclear Material Contract, without aiming to finish it in 1 minute. This will give you a Geiger Counter needed for the next Contract you can take. From here, make sure that you have a vehicle that you can use to get to both Radioactive Containers within a short frame of time. You can also take the Geiger Counter into your next deployment, eliminating one section of completing the Secure Nuclear Material Contract.
