How to Complete the Delivery from the Past Quest in Escape From Tarkov

I'm sorry, you will need a key for that.

Pickup missions are always a hoot. Said no one ever. Just kidding, yes they are. Sometimes. But you get the idea. Picking one item and delivering to someone are things that must be done from time to time. Now, incorporating several maps on a mission? Well, call me interested in that. I was always a pickup mission fan, you know? But anyway, Escape from Tarkov brings this mission for us to complete thanks to Prapor, one of the many traders available in the game. Here is how to complete the Delivery from the Past quest in Escape from Tarkov. Prepare to do some scavenging, visiting, and extractions.

How to Complete the Delivery from the Past Quest

Before even attempting to try the Delivery from the Past quest, you will have to be at least level 5 to start it. Once you achieve that level, you will be assigned the following objectives:

  • Obtain the secure folder located at th Tarcon Director’s office at the terminal warehouse in Customs.
  • Take the package and stash it in the Factory break room (2nd floor, near Gate 3).
  • Survive and extract from Factory.

Delivery from the Past – Customs

Simple enough, right? Well, almost. See, you will need a key to be able to access the Director’s office. So that’s what we will do first. In order to get the key, you will want to look for it in drawers or find it in Scavs. You can also barter it with the Therapist. Now that you have the key, go ahead and go to Customs. On the east side of the map, visit the red Paradigm warehouse. The office we are looking for is in the top of the metal stairs. Once you unlock the door, you wil be met with two rooms. The second door is the one housing the folder. Beware, though, there is no way to enter this door other than breaching it. That means: a lot of noise and unnecessary attention. Once inside, look for the desk and find the folder in the table-top. Once you got the document, extract from Customs.

Delivery from the Past – Factory

Our next and final destination is Factory. Head over there with the documents in your raid quest inventory and go to the Gate 3 extraction. There is a short metal staircase to the left of the extraction point. It will lead you to a room, which is the one where you will leave the folder with the documents. Be sure to place it while laying down to prevent anyone from detecting you. After you have placed the documents, survive and then extract to finish the mission.

Delivery from the Past – Rewards

Once done, you will be rewarded with the following items:

  • 4000 EXP
  • Prapor Rep +0.03
  • 20,000 Roubles minimum.
  • 1 Saiga 12ga ver.10 12/76 semi-automatic shotgun
  • 4 SOK-12 12/76 sb.5 5-round magazine
  • 40 12/70 7mm buckshot
  • Unlocks purchase of 5.45x39mm PS gs at Prapor LL1

Well, that was easy. Easy if you weren’t caught, of course. Anyway, extraction missions are sort of a coin toss, so expect some resistance to arrive. Don’t worry, it won’t be impossible, but certainly challenging. I hope those documents are worth the effort. Good luck!
