The Rainbow Stag is a bug available from June through September in the Northern Hemisphere. You can find this bug on any trees located around the island. 

To find this bug, you can head to any island and check the trees around the coast. The type of tree does not matter, we found one on a coconut tree, but it could also hang out on regular trees. 

When you find one, you can choose to donate it to the museum or sell it for 6,000 Bells. Rainbow Stags are the third most valuable NEW bug you can catch in June, behind the Scorpion and Goliath Beetle.
