How to become a Mob Boss or Godfather in BitLife

Here’s how to become a Mob Boss or Godfather in BitLife:

  • Join the Mafia
  • Complete crimes
  • Contribute the full amount of your earnings
  • Wait for your promotion
  • Repeat the process until you’re the boss

First, you need to join the Mafia in BitLife. The process is pretty simple, but in short, you need to commit crimes while you’re young. Consider robbing a bank, as this helps your chance of getting into a mob family. Age up to 18 years old, and apply to join the Mafia family of your choice. You’ll start at the lowest rank and need to work your way up.

Once you’re in, it’s important to work harder and complete crimes regularly. To increase your reputation with your gang, you’ll want to hand over all your earnings to the Mob Boss. Don’t worry about a cut of the pie because you’ll get yours when the time is right.

The Mob Boss of your family will occasionally send you contracts to complete. Always do it with no questions. You want to impress the boss, don’t you? As you complete your contracts, your standing will increase. Do not ask for a promotion at any time, as it doesn’t seem ever to have a good outcome. You will sometimes have a job that goes a bit wrong, but remember to remain loyal to your own family if you want to climb the ranks.

After working hard and successfully pulling off crimes for your family, you’ll become a made man. Your first promotion comes with a contract, so agree to do it to accept the promotion to Soldier. Continue doing your thing, and you will eventually work your way to Captain, then Underboss, and then the Boss. At the moment, there doesn’t seem to be any additional options after becoming the boss of your Mafia family.
