Escape From Tarkov is now on sale through May 9 in celebration of Victory in Europe Day. Now is a great time to give the game a try if you’ve been waiting for a sale.

Escape From Tarkov’s popularity grew at the end of 2019 due to a Twitch partnership. Twitch Drops enable viewers to earn in-game items, and EFT was one of the first games to enable the new Twitch feature.

During this time, Escape From Tarkov was regularly pulling in 200,000 viewers on a daily basis. The game saw thousands of new players thanks to this promotion and went on to become one of the biggest MMO FPS games of recent times.
