To make Stealth Armor in Diablo 2 Resurrected, you will need the following items:

  • Tal Rune.
  • Eth Rune.
  • Nonmagic two-socket body armor.

All of these items are easy to acquire, even in the first Act of the game in the lowest difficulty. You can farm for Tal Rune and Eth Rune from The Countess. What does Stealth do in Diablo 2 Resurrected

Stealth adds the following attributes to a two-socket armor:

  • 25% Faster Run/Walk
  • 25% Faster Cast Rate
  • 25% Faster Hit Recovery
  • +6 to Dexterity
  • Regenerate Mana 15%
  • +15 Maximum Stamina
  • Magic Damage Reduced by 3
  • Poison Resist +30%

Stealth’s most notable stats to armor are the 25% Faster Run/Walk speed, Cast Rate, and Hit Recovery. All of these stats are incredibly useful, not to mention the extra maximum stamina. If you craft this item in Act I on normal difficulty, it can carry you through all of Normal and even through Nightmare if you want.

Many players like to make a Stealth armor for themselves and their mercenary (usually the Act II mercenary). It has very low costs and it’s extremely simple to farm, so it just makes sense. There’s no better early game armor than this, which is why many consider it one of the best early game Rune Words.

How to get a two-socket armor for Stealth in Diablo 2 Resurrected

The easiest way to find a nonmagic two-socket armor for Stealth in Diablo 2 Resurrected is by purchasing it from the vendors in any Act. Since you can obtain this Rune Word in Act I, a good option is to check Charsi’s inventory at the Rogue Encampment. Talk to Charsi, and navigate to the Armor tab. Check all of the available armor, and see if there are any two-socket ones available. If not, you can restart your game and check again.

It does not matter what type of armor you put this in, as it’s primarily a low-level recipe you won’t be using throughout the entire game. You will likely find enough runes to create this recipe dozens of times, so there’s no need to be picky about the armor type.
