Here is the code to the Poison Cabinet for the Desperate Measures quest in Call of Duty Cold War:

  • 16-75-60

The poison cabinet is in the eastern area of the KGB Headquarters. Stairs are leading down to a restricted area, and you can lockpick a room to gain access. You will get to Kravchenko’s office, but be on the lookout for one of the area’s patrolmen. You may want to take him out so you can be a bit more stealthy.

The poison cabinet is located inside Kravchenko’s office in the corner of the room. You will also spot a desk with a computer on it that you can use to find the lock combination. It’s a small detail you may have overlooked if you are reading this. Find the Nova 6 log files, and you’ll learn of the elements that make the gas, which is Sulfur, Rhenium, and Neodymium. You can reference these elements on the periodic table of elements to figure out the keycode.

  • Sulfur (S): 16
  • Rhenium (Re): 75
  • Neodymium (Nd): 60

You would think he might choose a better keycode, but alas, you now have access to the poison flask. Head back upstairs and speak with the Soviet Soldier. He will inform you that The General is questioning a prisoner, but other than that, he is available for most of the day. You will now have the option of selecting: “I’m ready to meet with the General now.” When you meet with General Charkov, you have the opportunity to poison his cup of tea.
