Chapter 5 Car Updates in Fortnite

The main thing that the new Chapter 5 update is bringing is car types for your vehicles that you can collect in your locker. As noted by the developers, there will be a new section in Lockers called “Cars,” and the vehicles themselves will have 3 customizable parts: Car Bodies, Wheels, and Decals, none of which gives you any real advantage over the other players.

The car you design for yourself will be saved as your equipped car, and every time you enter a sports car in Fortnite’s Battle Royale or other mod, it will turn into your customized vehicle. For now, you can turn only one car per game into your stylized miracle, most likely because the feature is still in the test phase. The custom cars you have for Battle Royale could also be used for Rocket Racing.

You will also be able to buy car customization parts with real money, so I can say that Epic Games has really upped their game on this one. Every Need for Speed fan will probably go for it in the blink of an eye and create a masterpiece on 4 wheels for themselves.

Rocket League in Fortnite?

If you are a Rocket League fan, there is some great news. Everyone who has car bodies of Cyclone, Jager 619, Lamborghini Huracan STO, or Octane in Rocket League will get those skins in Fortnite as well. On the other hand, if you aren’t a fan of Rocket League or don’t happen to have those cars, other car bodies will be a part of the forthcoming battle passes and bundles. For example, the Big Bang Battle Pass will have the Scorpion car body.
