Throughout the story of Assassin’s Creed Mirage, players are sure to encounter a plethora of sticky situations. You might find yourself running away from a mob of the Caliph. Or perhaps you’ve snuck into enemy territory and are trying to remain unnoticed. However, none of this is as disastrous as finding a chest/waypoint behind a barred door.
And boy, oh boy, are there a lot of barred doors in Assassin’s Creed Mirage. Some of them tie into story elements, while others might earn you a shiny new outfit. Regardless of the circumstance, let’s hop on the roofs and figure out how to open barred doors in Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
Where to Open Barred Doors in Assassin’s Creed Mirage?
Barred doors, not to be confused with locked doors, are certain entryways that can be accessed in buildings. You can tell that a door is barred by walking up to it or activating Eagle Vision and seeing the red block on the other side. Furthermore, there are a few different ways to open barred doors in Assassin’s Creed Mirage. First, players can find an alternate opening to the room, such as an open window or a destructible window grate. Once in the room, players can then walk up to the door and interact with it to remove the bar.

Alternatively, if players cannot find a way to get themselves into the room, you’ll want to find a window with bars on it. By getting to a level standing point, you should be able to destroy the bar on the door with a throwing knife.
There might be situations where the bar isn’t in view of the window, but other destructible objects are (exploding pots, palettes hoisted on a winch). You’ll need to destroy these objects or cause them to fall. And once you’ve done so, you’re free to enter the room and reap the rewards of what lies within.
