Team we can’t wait to see and play in FIFA 22 Career Mode

Whether you’re looking for a small-market club to build into international stardom, or a powerhouse franchise with unlimited resources, these are the best teams to use in Career Mode for FIFA 22.

Manchester City

Coming off a devastating Champions League Final loss to English League rivals Chelsea, Man City is set to rebound tremendously in 2022. They remain one of the most talented rosters in world football and have already stated their intention to add even more talent this offseason. Pep Guardiola’s squad is stocked with world-class players across the roster, including an attacking set led by Aguero, Sterling, and Jesus, as well as a stud in net with Ederson.

Backed by the exceptional pace of Mahrez, Zinchenko, and Silva, as well as the strong defensive unit of Stones, Mendy, and Cancelo. Manchester City is the definition of a complete team, and they’re led by one of the world’s elite footballers, the skillful tactician, Kevin De Bruyne. This is also one of the younger cores among the elite football clubs, and they also won’t run out of funding any time soon, so The Citizens should be another tremendous option in FIFA 22.

Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich has everything you could want in a top-tier football club, with speed all over the pitch, as well as next-level passing, vision, tactical play, and footwork. Munich has a strong backline of defense that can match up physically with any team in the world, led by stars like Joshua Kimmich, Benjamin Pavard, Leon Goretzka, and Alphonso Davies.

Not to mention the fact that Bayern has one of the best goaltenders of all time in Manuel Neuer, and the legendary Polish striker, Robert Lewandowski, leading the way up front (coming off his best year). Gnabry, Sane, and Coman help to fill the rest of the field, and provide much-needed pace around the pitch. Bayern Munich is another exceptionally balanced squad that really has no holes in it’s roster, an intriguing choice as we approach the launch of FIFA 22.

Real Madrid

Madrid is the perfect blend of veteran experience with talented youth, carrying forth legends like Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane, along with youngsters like Rodrygo and Vinicius Jr.

Real Madrid is another club that will never run out of money and has two of the world’s youngest superstars in the making already established in the lineup. The steady production of Eden Hazard and Ferland Mendy help make this team one of the more well-rounded units in FIFA. Madrid is the perfect spot to start your career because not only do you have the pieces to compete right away, but you also have the young talent (and money) to compete for the next decade.

PSG

PSG easily carries some of the best talent and one of the biggest wallets, so you not only have a solid base to beat any level of competition, but you have the money to buy anyone you can’t beat.

Led by star Frenchman Kylian Mbappe and attackers Angel Di Maria and Neymar Jr., this team possesses one of the deadlier attacking forces in world football. Plus, you still have Kimpembe and Marquinhos in the back, along with the addition of a speedy Georginio Wijnaldum up the middle of the field. This squad is loaded all over the pitch, and presents amazing value for 1-on-1 play, or in Career Mode.
