‘Kennel’ Mission Summary

For a Tier 5 Mission the ‘Kennel’ objectives are simple but hard to execute. Whilst players should have a relatively easy time completing the first objective as it asks you to obtain and extract 30 Dog Tags, looted off enemy bodies. The second objective is where the difficulty in the task lies. This objective wants you to kill 45 Operators. The specifications of this Mission however, is that you are required to use a suppressed Assault Rifle. Luckily the AR can be of your choosing so go with something you are comfortable with. You should opt for one with a low recoil pattern that is also a heavy hitter as the Operators will be on high alert and wearing plates. For those that are used to playing Warzone, you are an expert when it comes to PvP.

Collecting the Dog Tags

The Dog Tags will be the simplest part of the operation. All you need to do is obtain 30 Dog Tags through looting enemy corpses. These can be picked up off AI enemies, including that of the lowest level militia found throughout the Al Mazrah Map. You should focus on taking down the lowest class of personnel as these will have no armor plates and are typically seen standing still trying to shoot you from behind cover. Remember that you can use any weapon when obtaining these Tags as there is no specification to use a certain gun or attachment. You can also collect these Tags across multiple deployments, meaning you can add these Tags into your inventory so long as you exfil with them, counting these towards the Tag counter.

Killing 45 Operators

Choosing the Right Weapon

We recommend using an Assault Rifle such as the TAQ-56 or M4. These are known to be some of the best ARs to use as of the latest Call of Duty installment of Modern Warfare 2. Of course, the meta changes, but guns such as the M4 will remain towards the top. For its easy to master recoil pattern and consistency across all Call of Duty games. However, if there is a gun that is your go to against other players, choose that one. We are simply pointing out guns that are easy to use and have a quick time to kill. But you may feel more comfortable or stronger using a different AR. As there is not a specific location in which you need to obtain these kills, you only need to equip a silencer. This is a kinder specification than others as you will be predominately hidden as you take on other Operators.

Using Teamwork

You can pick up the Elites M4 to progress through the Mission as this AR has a silencer attached. These can be looted off the bodies of fallen standard AI enemies. You can complete this Mission very quickly in a squad if everyone is using an AR with a silencer equipped. Every kill they get will add to the kill counter for the ‘Kennel’ Mission. Of course, if you prefer playing solo, this Mission can easily be completed on your own. It will just take a bit longer to accomplish. However, as you do not need to get the 45 kills within a single deployment, you can progress through this Mission whilst attempting other Faction Missions on the side. Some hot spots in which you will run into other Operators is the Sa’id City Mall. They will typically be seen trying to complete Missions via the Dead Drop Dumpster.

Changing Maps

If you are struggling with finding other Operators to face, you can go to Building 21, separate from Al Mazrah. This Map includes many more encounters with fellow Operators due to its smaller, close-quarter level design. If you want to go in for a free-for-all, Building 21 is the route to go down. Just prepare yourself for an all out fight when you get there.
