Well, therapy is expensive and time-consuming, so I guess games like Rainbow Friends work, more or less. Speaking of, when does Rainbow Friends chapter 2 come out?

Unfortunately, at the time of writing, we don’t have an answer to that question. The developers of Rainbow Friends have not released any concrete information about the release of the second chapter at the time of writing. Apparently, the developer team is only made up of two people, so it will probably be a hot minute before we get any details, let alone a concrete release date.

Rumors and Speculation

That said, there’s plenty of speculation to go around. Those who have combed through the files of the first chapter have found unused character data for Pink and Yellow monsters, as well as a possible emergence of the Purple monster from the vents. There’s even a rumor that a Rainbow monster could be out and about. Factoring in the original Blue, Red, Orange, and Green monsters, that’s a whopping total of eight monsters you need to worry about. Fun.

There are also rumors of a dedicated Roleplay mode being worked on in addition to the regular survival mode. This mode, if it’s the genuine article, would presumably allow players to roleplay as both the protagonist characters and the monsters.
