Pomegranate Cookie is a rear-priority Support-type character, bolstering the party with graceful heals and enduring buffs. Her signature skill is Pomegranate Magic, and it’s nice and simple: when activated, the whole party receives a gradual heal over time, plus an attack stat buff.

As a pure Support character, Pomegranate Cookie has no business being in the thick of a scrape. As such, the best courses of action for her, in regard to her toppings, are Swift Chocolate and Searing Raspberry.

Swift Chocolate boosts a Cookie’s cooldown stat, allowing them to use their skills more frequently. A full set of five Swift Chocolate provides a +5% bonus to cooldown rates. This case is pretty open-and-shut: Pomegranate is a healer, plain and simple, which means she’s at her best when she’s healing constantly and consistently.

Searing Raspberry, on the other hand, provides a bonus to a Cookie’s attack stat, with a full set of five adding a +5% bonus to attack. Now, why would a Support need an attack buff, you ask? Because heals scale with the attack stat. Higher attack stats on Pomegranate mean more powerful heals, restoring more HP at once.

Rather than mixing and matching, you should stick to all Swift Chocolate or all Searing Raspberry for Pomegranate. These buffs are at their best when maximized, especially with their set bonuses. Between the two options, I personally prefer Swift Chocolate, since faster cooldowns mean faster buffs in addition to faster heals.

With the right kit, Pomegranate Cookie can become a grounding force in your party, keeping them healthy and strong for whatever comes. I guess pomegranate really is good for you!
