How to Unlock Lower Temple in Minecraft Dungeons

The Jungle Awakens DLC for Minecraft Dungeons brings many new zones to Mojang’s action RPG. Some of these zones are free for all players, including those that do not own this expansion. In this guide, we will show you how to unlock Lower Temple in Minecraft Dungeons, one of the new zones.

How to Unlock Lower Temple in Minecraft Dungeons

The Lower Temple is a new hidden area within the Desert Temple zone. Start by traveling to the Desert Temple on any difficulty. Proceed through the zone until you get to the part with the Golden Key. Unlock the gate with the key, and keep going until you get to a four-way intersection. Make a left at the intersection and enter the portal.

You will now have to interact with four different gates or levers within this location. They are in each corner of the room, so clear out the area and activate them. After that, the drawbridge in the middle will rise, and a table with a scroll. Grab the scroll to unlock Lower Temple. You will see a message pop up on your screen as soon as you grab the scroll saying, “Level Unlocked Lower Temple.” 

That’s all you need to do to unlock Lower Temple in Minecraft Dungeons. Again, this zone is available to everyone regardless of if you own the new Jungle Awakens DLC. The Lower Temple zone will now be open from the Mission Select area in Camp. You can travel to this location at any point.
