Jungle Awakens DLC is live for Minecraft Dungeons players. It is the first of two expansions releasing this year for the game, introducing three brand new zones, two new boss fights, new enemies, and a bunch of new loot. One of the new areas is a secret level hidden within Dingy Jungles. In this guide, we will show you how to unlock Panda Plateau in Minecraft Dungeons Jungle Awakens.
First, you will need to make sure your own the Jungle Awakens DLC. Follow these steps to get Jungle Awakens if you don’t have it already.
How to unlock Panda Plateau in Minecraft Dungeons Jungle Awakens
Start by heading to the mission select in Camp and traveling to Dingy Jungles, the new zone in Jungle Awakens. The area we’re looking for is a hidden portal within this level. This particular level is very long, so we recommend throwing on some speed farming gear like the Boots of Swiftness and Ghost Cloak. Get to the point in the level where the mission changes to “Cross the Canyon.” You’re looking for this Wooden Bridge.
Head over the bridge and across the tree tops, following the path that is in the opposite direction of the mission marker. Towards the end of the patch, you should see a portal. There is no guarantee spawn for this secret area, so you may need to reroll your level a few times. In our testing, the Panda Plateau portal spawns about 50% of the time.
Enter the portal and begin clearing the area. There is a gauntlet in the middle which you do not need to complete. The objective here is to interact with three blocks that are in each of the sides of the central area. Next, proceed through the small path and pick up the scroll, which unlocks Panda Plateau, a new secret area of Dingy Jungles.
