Where to Find Spider’s Egg Sac in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3)

Who would want to find them?

If there’s one thing we hate it’s when video game titles introduce spiders and creepy crawlies. We can’t stand having to battle them, pick up materials from their eggs, or come across them when traveling in caves. Hogwarts Legacy did a number on us when we had to defeat various spider creatures throughout our journey. In Baldur’s Gate 3, you’ll come across spiders and egg sacs that serve a purpose. In this guide, we’ll teach you how to find the spider’s egg sac in Baldur’s Gate 3.

How to Find Spider’s Egg Sac in Baldur’s Gate 3?

Spiders are exciting creatures in video games because they are almost always depicted as a terrifying foe to defeat. There are lots of places you can explore while traversing around the Forgotten Realms, and one of those places is a cave. Try looking around the forest and you might come across a cave with hidden secrets. If you’re trying to find a spider’s egg sac, this is where you’ll need to go, in Baldur’s Gate 3.

The spider’s egg sac is located exactly at these coordinates: X:182 Y:411. Once you have gotten to those coordinates, you’ll need to head for the Cragged Rock. There should be a wooden ladder down the path. You can either look for the ladder or try to head for the coordinates: X: 150 Y: 360 which; will take you to a crevice. Go through the crevice and you’ll be able to see spiders and eggs. In order to get the eggs you can either soothe the spiders or try to forcefully take the bag that has the eggs.

What is in the Spider’s Pouch in Baldur’s Gate 3?

You’re probably wondering if the bag contains anything else other than spider eggs. It actually contains both spider eggs and coins, which is pretty useful. If you drop the spider eggs on the ground and interact with them you’ll come face-to-face with Crag Spiders. These little monsters are useful because you can use them in battle until they either die or need to sleep. If you’re someone like us who detests spiders, these probably aren’t an ideal pet. Other players like the idea of having an army of spiders, so, we won’t judge.
