Where to Find Skull of Destiny in Sea of Thieves
One of the additions of Season 9 of Sea of Thieves is the Skull of Destiny. You can use it to light your ship’s lanterns as well as a tool to light all six Flame Statues in the Fort of the Damned. This will make its activation a lot more simple and fast than before. To find the Skull of Destiny in Sea of Thieves, you will have to start the quest called “A Legendary Search for the Skull of Destiny”. Go figure. This is a one-chapter voyage that is exclusive to Pirate Legends. You will have to pick it up and propose it and you will immediately start the quest.
Once you start the quest, you will receive the Wayfinder of Legends, a special compass exclusive to this voyage. This voyage is quite simple really. All you have to do is set sail and follow the direction that the Wayfinder shows. It is similar to Jack Sparrow’s compass, as it shows the way to the thing you want most, in this case, the Skull of Destiny.
You will eventually get to a small island that will house the Skull of Destiny. Go ahead and follow the Wayfinder until it spins out of control, which means that you have arrived at its location. Use your shovel to dig it up and pick it up. Congratulation! You just found the Skull!

As I said above, this Skull will allow you to bypass all the requirements that the Fort of the Damned needs. It is quite an easy voyage, so as long as you know how to dig up things and navigate with your sheep, you will be perfectly fine. Good luck lighting up those Statues!
