Where to Find Lion’s Claws in Disney Dreamlight Valley
For those unaware of them, Lion’s Claws are actually one of the many new materials added to Disney Dreamlight Valley with the Scar’s Kingdom update. More specifically, they’re an important item that you’ll need to collect in order to complete Scar’s “Breaking Bones” questline. If you’re on that quest, you’ll need to collect 5 Lion’s Claws in total in order to upgrade your shovel for the next part of the quest.

In order to find Lion’s Claws you’ll need in order to complete the Breaking Bones quest or just to have it for other crafting purposes, you’ll definitely want to head to Sunlit Plateau as that’s where they’ll be. This makes sense as the new location where you can find Scar’s Lair is actually in Sunlit Plateau.
The Sunlit Plateau is the only location where you’ll be able to find Lion’s Claws as well since it makes sense as to where you’ll find them, at the bottom of the cliffs. The Lion’s Claws can be found along the entire base area of the cliffs in the Sunlit Plateau. They will have to be dug up, but you’ll see that sparkling shimmer over the holes that need to be dug up.
Aside from the 5 Lion’s Claws needed for the quest, be sure to pick up whatever else you find of them as they may come in handy down the line. With Disney Dreamlight Valley, anything is possible.
