With the latest Season hitting the DMZ playerbase, players may have found themselves more hardstuck than ever. No longer do you need to progress through the Faction Missions to reveal new Tiers. Instead, players need to reach a specific XP Level in order to see the next Faction Tier where through standard Mission completions will not provide enough points in order to get to the next step in your DMZ Season 4 grind. When this happens, you will need to complete either Location or Forward Operating Base Objectives. These offer XP and rewards upon their completion and are crucial to gaining that extra XP so that you can progress through the Factions. Some Challenges are specific to unlocking the secret Urgent Missions for Crown, Black Mous, White Lotus and the new Phalanx.
If you are looking to unlock the Urgent Missions in Phalanx, you need to locate either Hydrogen Peroxide, Cephalexin, or Acetone. Luckily you do not need to collect all three items as you could find x2 Acetone and x1 Hydrogen Peroxide which will complete this Challenge. Regardless of which item you are looking for, the is Vincent’s guide on where to find these three chemicals in Warzone 2.0 DMZ.

Where to Find Hydrogen Peroxide, Cephalexin or Acetone
The main areas that players need to search for these three chemicals are inside the Al Mazrah Hospitals. Whilst these are not guaranteed to have these chemicals inside every time you deploy, you should check these first on Al Mazrah. The specific places you will find Hydrogen Peroxide, Cephalexin or Acetone are within the Medicine Cabinets that are located on walls. Whilst these Cabinets also exist inside Houses and Office Buildings, your best bet is to check the Hospitals in Al Mazrah for the chemicals that you require.
You can also find these chemicals in Alpha Cluster or in the north side, residential area of Al Mazrah City (screenshot below) where there are lots of Houses to loot. Keep in mind that these chemicals only spawn inside Medical Cabinets. You need to look out for Pill Containers as their icons rather than Bottles. We wanted to highlight this as you may miss them in your search due to their appearance. Be sure to check every Pill Container Icon you come across and refer to their pricing as these chemicals are $250 each.
Your progress is tracked throughout your deployments and will run in the background. So you can complete other Missions whilst looking for these on your supply runs. As you do not need to find x3 of each chemical but rather, x3 of any on the list, you can slowly tick these off in your search to unlock Daily Urgent Phalanx Missions. Remember that once you find a chemical(s) however, you need to extract with it/ them so that it counts towards the Challenge.
