Warzone Has a Brand New “Roze Skin”

Warzone Has a Brand New “Roze Skin”

No, I don’t mean there’s a new skin for the Roze operator. What I mean is that there’s a new skin floating around that makes players practically invisible in low-light settings.

If history is anything to go by, it’s going to take the dev team quite a while to fix this brand new “Roze 2.0” Warzone skin. So, let’s talk about what it is, why it’s strong, and how you can get your own sweaty hands on it.

Portnova Hypersonic Skin is Roze 2.0

Warzone’s “Roze 2.0” in question is a skin belonging to Portnova. Specifically, it’s the Hypersonic skin. New to Season 4 Reloaded, the Hypersonic skin decks out Portnova in what is an admittedly stylish aviation-inspired set of grey and black clothes.

It’s that last bit that has players concerned, and rightfully so. The last time we had an all-dark operator, it practically broke the meta for the duration of its inclusion until it was nerfed.

Thankfully, this skin isn’t going to be free like the Roze ones were back in the day. Instead, it’s going to be a part of a purchasable bundle.

That will drastically decrease how many of them you see while you’re playing, but it does strike up a “pay-to-win” conversation that Warzone, for the most part, has managed to avoid.
