Although the Halloween season has passed, that does not mean you can’t enjoy Halloween-themed quests in the Akitsu Kimodameshi event in Genshin Impact. After you complete the Test of Courage event, you can participate in the Akitsu Yuugei game. All you need to do is control a Skill bar to clear as many bricks as possible! So, to find out how to unlock the Shatterdark mode in Genshin Impact, follow this guide that details everything you need to know.

How To Unlock Shatterdark Mode In Genshin Impact

The latest event you can participate in Genshin Impact is Akitsu Kimodameshi; this is the main event for Version 3.3. To participate in this event, you will first need to complete the Inazuma Archon quest Ritou Escape Plan, and you will have to be Adventure Rank 30 or above. There are two game modes in Akitsu Kimodameshi: Leisure Pastime and Shatterdark.

Leisure Pastime mode will have six time-gated challenges and two types of level difficulty; Shatterdark mode is a special domain, you will enter and defeat the monsters by destroying bricks. To unlock the Shatterdark Mode in Genshin Impact, you first need to clear the Men-Mayham challenge in the Leisure Pastime Mode.

After you have completed the Men-Mayham challenge, a Teleport Waypoint will be unlocked. You will then need to complete the Dreamlike quest to unlock the mysterious door and enter the Shatterdark mode. All you have to do is make your way to the mysterious door on the left side of the dock; you can find the door near the shore of Chinju Forest.

The Shatterdark mode will have three challenges where you must aim for the Boss Brick to win the match. Each boss will have varying degrees of difficulty; to win each match effectively, ensure you have equipped each element: Hydro, Pyro, Electro, and Cryo.
