American rapper Travis Scott is set to go on an in-game Fortnite concert tour this week. The Astronomical tour, which references Travis’ 2018 studio album Astroworld, is set to run from April 23 through April 25 in a Fortnite map location near you.
Astroworld was one of Billboard’s top 10 albums of 2018 and 2019, with track “Sicko Mode” topping the charts at 16 on Billboard’s Hot 100. Fans can likely expect tracks from Astroworld to make up a bulk of the set.
More details about the location of the concert will be announced by Epic Games within the next day or two. Fortnite developers have hinted at the concert taking place in an area of the map specially designed by Scott’s record label Cactus Jack.
New in-game cosmetics including an emote and new Icon outfit will be available in the Fortnite Shop as part of the Travis Scott Fortnite tour.
This marks the second in-game concert that Fortnite has ever hosted. Marshmello was the first artist to do an in-game event in early 2019.
