Bloodhunt

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt is a battle royale game that is free-to-play. Apart of the World Of Darkness universe, it’s set on the rooftops of Prague where you’re trying to survive the vampire sect war. Not just where you’re fighting each other, though, but also fighting against those who wish to hunt you extinct, the Second Inquisition.

Code Vein

Though science-based, instead of purely supernature, Code Vein is a good fit for this list. You play as an infected person, Revenant, who (because of the disease) now has Vampire-like powers and qualities. Not only super strength and the super healing but also needing blood to survive. With “online” mode, this will enable online matchmaking.

Dark Legends

Dark Legends is a free-to-play mobile game. It opens when you’ve been turned from human to a Vampire and you’re set on a quest for vengeance after the Vampire who turned you was hunted and killed. Defending the empire that is night, you fight your way through those who oppose you. Together with your friends online, you rise through the final conflict between Vampires and anyone who seeks to eradicate them.

Elder Scrolls Online

Though Vampires in the Elder Scroll universe are most popular in Skyrim, they can be played with online, too! For ESO, being a Vampire gives you a variety of new abilities and skills, (that can be added to the normal lists). In fact, you’ll have a skill line, good passives, and (of course) the ability to feed. (Though, there is lowered Recovery and more damage taken with incoming Fire Damage.)

Reign Of Blood

A free-to-play online, this is a perfect match for vampire lovers who enjoy text-based games. With PvE and PvP battles, Coven Wars, hundreds of quests, and regular updates – even if you’ve never tried a text-based game, this might be the time to start. There are plenty of interactive roleplay features and a community to work alongside, so it might be time to check out their website.

Sims 4

One of my favorite things growing up was when Sims finally added supernatural options to the game, including Vampires. Which is still a fan favorite to this day (or should I saw night) and can be played in their latest release, Sims 4. Even further, you can gather all your paranormal friends and work together in real-time with online play.

The Incredible Adventures Of Van Helsing

Now, this is actually one on the list where the point of the game is to hunt and kill Vampires, not be one and thrive. Playing as the son of the famous Abraham Van Helsing (that faced Dracula himself), you work to continue your father’s legacy and rid the world of evil blood-suckers. With Diablo-like gameplay, it’s actually a really good option for PC gamers, and has great online play.

Vampire Survivors

A unique game where the goal is to last as long as possible through waves of monsters, you actually control a character who’s already automatically attacking. The longer you last, the more characters, weapons, and relics you unlock. Depending on the stage chosen, the “soft” time limit is fifteen or thirty minutes.

Vampire’s Fall: Origins

Classic tale of human turn Vampire has a dark twist in this game, where you start out as a militia leader trying to keep your village safe from Vampires… and then become one yourself. By still taking leadership of the village and powering up your character, it’s up to you to decide the future for them all. And with online, you can fight through dark multiplayer battles.

V Rising

As a Vampire who suddenly awakens from a prolonged slumber, you now have an open world to explore – not just to feed yourself and power up, but also to build your castle. Following under the more “traditional” sense, you also have to be careful to avoid the sun. With the online option, you’ll get to play with others in real-time, making this a possible MMORPG.
