What is Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines 2?

Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 is the sequel to 2004’s Vampire The Masquerade. The game follows a person who has been turned into a vampire against their will through an act of terrorism against humans. Like its predecessor, Bloodlines 2 is an action RPG. You’ll be able to use points to build the character you want. This will affect what abilities you can use throughout the game and your playstyle. Players will be able to use either stealth or normal combat to defeat enemies or they can just be avoided entirely. The game has a heavy emphasis on choice.

Vampire The Masquerade Swansong?

Like Bloodlines 2, Vampire The Masquerade Swansong relies on choice. It’s a narrative RPG following three characters as they each investigate who is behind a recent attack on the Boston vampire community. The gameplay consists of exploring levels, solving puzzles, and having conversations with NPCs to progress through the story or complete side objectives.

Is Vampire The Masquerade Swansong Open World?

Unlike Bloodlines 2, no it is not. Open-world is the wrong term to use. It’s more of an open-level game. In those levels, you have a lot of freedom but they aren’t as large as an area from an open-world game like the Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines.

This guide should help you decide which Vampire The Masquerade game is for you. If you’re looking forward to Bloodlines 2, just know that it doesn’t have a release date yet and was almost canceled last year. You may be waiting for years to play it.
