  • Do a total of 10 Slipstream boosts.
  • Break 5 jars.
  • Earn a score of 7,000 or higher using a driver with three hairs.

Some of these challenges are not exactly self explanatory, so we did a quick explanation of the challenges we found to be a bit confusing.

How to Break 5 Jars in Mario Kart Tour

The only track you can find jars in is Shy Guy Bazaar. The sides and middle of the track contain jars that act as obstacles. You can simply drive your kart into them to smash them open and complete this challenge.

No special items or boosts are required to complete this challenge. All you need to do is drive into them over and over again until you’ve broken 5 of them.

How to Use Lightning 3 Times

If you are usually in first place, you might not even be aware of the fact that there’s a Lightning item in the game. To complete this challenge, hang back for a bit in 6th-8th place and collect boxes. Eventually, you will find a Lightning item. Use this three times to complete the challenge.

How to earn a score of 7,000 or higher using a driver with three hairs

A few new drivers have been added this week, one of which is required to complete this challenge. His name is Latiku, and he’s the only current drive with three hairs. Simply score above 7,000 using this driver to complete this challenge.

How to get Fantastic Combos

Getting Fantastic Combos might sound intimidating, but it’s actually not that difficult to do just by playing normally. Your actions in the game, like hitting other drivers, getting coins, doing any type of boosts, and so on, stack on each other. This means that the more you do, the better the combo. Do multiple actions in a row to get a Fantastic Combo. Specific drivers like Yoshi with his Yoshi Eggs will make this challenge easier.
