The secret tape location is high above the level in Downhill Jam. You will need to take a specific route to make your way over there. Luckily, you can simply restart the level and try again if you mess up. Don’t worry if it takes you a few tries.

Start by making your way down the course until you get to the halfpipe location. Just before the halfpipe, there is a pipe connecting the two sides of the level with a water valve on it. You can grind across this pipe to make it to the upper right side of the map. If you miss the grind, you can also jump up to the area from the right side of the halfpipe.

Grind across the first railing you see to get to the other side of the map. Next, you’ll need to clean the wall gap from the quarterpipe. This part is the most challenging part of the whole task. Try and hit it at a good angle, so you have enough speed to clear the gap.

Once you finally make it, grind the lip across past the “No Swimming” and “Danger” sign. There’s another small gap you need to clear, and it’s similar to the first one but not as wide. We’re close to the secret tape now.

Get to the end of the platform and get ready to jump. The secret tape is just up ahead on four rails on top of a ventilation grate. You can grind on the closest rail to you to collect the secret tape.

Here’s a walkthrough in video format, in case you prefer. Good luck!
