By the time players start their third playthrough of Armored Core 6, you’ll think you’ve seen and done it all. Thankfully, FromSoftware has graced players with oodles of content even up to people third playthrough. There are new missions, branching story paths, and so much more for players to get lost in. And when you start your third run on Rubicon, you’ll immediately notice a new quest. These provide more context to the story, and are crucial to completing these sequential playthroughs. What’s more, players can still find brand new battle logs only available in this run of the story. So let’s protect the transport, and take a look at the prisoner rescue battle log location in Armored Core 6.

Prisoner Rescue is just one of a plethora of new missions added in the playthrough dubbed New Game++. In it, players will need to help out with a POW rescue mission while protecting the aircraft doing the rescuing. And even though escort missions aren’t usually the best types of missions in these games, you can spice it up a bit by finding this optional fight and collecting the one battle log available in this mission.

Players will want to go about the mission as usual, defending the helicopter and dispatching any enemy forces in front of you. That is until you reach Landing Site A, where the transport will attempt to extract Commander Ziyi. When this is happening, make your way to the left of the landing pad, specifically turn until it says 285 on the navigator at the bottom of your screen. Travel a bit in this direction, and you’ll come face to face with a Quad AC. Finally, defeating this guy will earn you the battle log. All that’s left is to finish the mission, and you’ll earn yourself more points on the battle log menu.
