Party Animals is one of those games with simple controls that still seem to have some advanced mechanics. So while the introductory ceiling is low for newcomers, players who play a lot will start to pick up on better timings and movement for certain actions. In order to throw in Party Animals, all you need to do is pick something up, press and hold the punch button, and release. This is fairly simple for inanimate objects, but sometimes the thing you’re trying to throw in another person.

If you are in a game mode where your objective is to throw your opponents off the platform, things are a bit trickier. First, you need to knock out your opponent, this will cause them to go limp, which is the perfect time to strike. Next to their body, press and hold the grab button (‘RT‘ for the controller, ‘Left Click‘ for M&KB).

If done correctly, you should be holding your enemy’s life in the palm of your hands. After this, press and hold the punch button for a second (‘X’ on the controller, ‘Right Click‘ on M&KB) and then release. If this is all done correctly, you should see your opponent fall to their doom, bringing you that much closer to victory.
