Compliments are a valuable resource for building relationships with other heroes. It’s effortless to think superheroes don’t have limits since they have extraordinary abilities that humanity can only dream of having. But in this game, the heroes are far from perfect; they take the punishment, which could cost them dearly if they take too much punishment.
Tasks to Complete
You must complete some tasks in a base called Abbey to earn compliments. The tasks include a research project, a Hero Op, and a new Training Level in the Yard ( an inside location of the Abbey). Complementing heroes strengthens your relationship with the Hunter, and you will be rewarded with combo and passive abilities. However, remember to be careful with complementing the same hero, especially in a short time, because your returns will drop significantly.

How To Get Compliments in Midnight Suns
Complete the Research Project
One of the ways to get compliments is by finishing a Research Project. The Research Project provides the players with Combat items, features, and techniques. Unlocking these things will help you strengthen your Combat skills. Each hero has their project, which is revealed after becoming a first-timers in a particular mission. After you finish the project, you will see more of their research.
Before using the heroes to study the project, you must complete the requirements before the research can be reviewed. Each project has its reward. For example, for The Way of Fang, you must finish three missions with Blade. The compensation for that requirement is Training Dummies Shove Yard Schematic. It takes a day to complete the Research Projects.
Complete Hero-Ops
Completing Hero-ops gives you compliments and rewards. The heroes conduct hero-ops on behalf of the player, and they can be established in the War Room since they are special missions. Hero-ops can be secured through Intel decrypting with great Rarity Caches.
Where a hero is assigned depends on the required level of the Op. Therefore, a hero without meeting the necessary level of an Op cannot be a part of it. Keep in mind that some Ops only last for a few days before they expire. Another way to get compliments is by Reaching a new Training Level in the Yard.

Work on Your Training Level
Consistently working on the Training Level helps benefit combat skills and Training XP. It would be best to stay on top of Sparring and Upgrading to ger Training XP daily. There are 25 Training Levels with different rewards and requirements for XP, and increasing your training level also helps protect you from environmental attacks. Remember, a Compliment’s worth relies on the Team Friendship Level for its value. An example is giving 5 Friendship XP compliments for Friendship levels 5 and 6.
