The quest may be gated behind other quests in the Luterra Castle area, so we recommend going through each yellow side quest and completing the short objectives before you get to this one.
The Becoming a Queen quest requires you to ask Thirain about the qualifications for becoming Queen. Vivian is a barmaid who dreams of becoming Queen and making a difference in Luterra. After meeting with Thirain, you’ll need to speak with Meehan, who is standing right next to him. Finally, you will be sent to Anessa, who is an expert on proper queen qualities and etiquette.
