The I Fought the Law braindance has six total clues. You technically only have to find the last five of them to complete the mission. You can skip the first visual clue and still finish. Deputy Mayor Holt – 00:12

At 00:12, you can find the first two clues. There is a visual clue identifying Deputy Mayor Holt and also an audio clue of him speaking. 

Doorway – 00:30

At 00:30, you can scan the doorway which Deputy Majory Holt leaves through in the visual layer. 

Peter Horvath – 01:03

At 01:03, you can identify Peter Horvath, the cyberpsycho that attempted the assassination. 

Peter Horvath Humming – 01:05

At 01:05, you can switch to the audio layer and scan Peter Horvath humming.

CCTV Monitor – 01:01

This is the tricky one that most people miss. At 01:01, switch to the visual layer and scan the CCTV, which malfunctions as Peter Horvath walks past the scanner.
