Where to Get Permanent Buffs in Cyberpunk 2077

As someone recently discovered over on Reddit, there’s a brand-new system in Cyberpunk 2077 that grants permanent buffs by purchasing and consuming food and drink items from vendors throughout the city. Now, the original poster of this information found the permanent buff consumables only in Dogtown, but other users said they discovered items throughout the other districts of Night City.

Personally, I found them in Dogtown but not in the multiple vendors I checked in Heywood and Watson.

Hey, maybe you’ll get lucky and find such a vendor in Pacifica or Westbrook, who knows!

Should You Bother Checking the Vendors in Night City?

Absolutely! Even if the stat buff is minor, it’s still permanent. As a role-playing game with a lot of unique and complex mechanics and skill systems to explore, ensuring you have the most power possible for late-game story missions is a must-have.

Unfortunately, like most high-end loot in Cyberpunk 2077, the cost of these consumables is rather high. If you have the eddies, prepare to spend most of them to gain the advantage. Just one of these food or drink items will often sell for 10-15,000 eddies.

By the late game point, you’re swimming in cash, so it doesn’t matter much.
