Life During Wartime is a quest you’ll complete during Panam Palmer‘s storyline. You’re going to infiltrate a crash site, which houses a dangerous turret that dishes out some immense damage. It can be challenging because getting too close will cause the turret to lock onto you and take you down. Here’s how to take out the turret in Life During Wartime in Cyberpunk 2077.

There are multiple ways to approach this quest, like most of the jobs in the game. Stealth, hacking, or long-range combat are going to be your best option here because the turret has a radius where it will lock onto you.

How to Take Out the Turret in Life During Wartime in Cyberpunk 2077

To take out the turret, stay out of the red ring around it, and it shouldn’t target you. Take out all the enemies walking around the area. Sprint to the terminal on the turret after eliminating all of the enemies and jack into it. Doing this will deactivate it and complete the mission.

For this job, you may find a long-range sniper rifle extremely useful. You can take out every enemy in the area without them getting a shot off. Once you do that, you can head to the turret and deactivate it.

If you prefer to use your hacking skills, you can use the System Shock Quickhack on all the drones in the area one by one. Stealth players can also sneak around and eliminate all enemies one after another. Your job is to take out everyone in the area and get close enough to the control panel.

Overall, it’s an easy, straightforward quest as long as you stay out of the turret’s radius until the enemies are gone. Going in too soon will result in some heavy damage, and you’ll probably run out of health before you can make it to the turret. If you’re still having trouble, look into crafting an uncommon sniper rifle and opting for the long-range approach.
