Another type of feather you can earn come from various Pokemon that are dropped once you have defeated them. These feathers can be crafted through the TM machine located at every Pokecenter. Take for example Fletchling and the feathers that Fletchling drops. After you have acquired enough feathers you can take them to the machine and create moves that Fletchling can use in battle. Certain TM’s need certain items to unlock different recipes.
