The mid-season update for Call of Duty Modern Warfare Season 4 brings a brand new sniper rifle into the mix for multiplayer and Warzone. Several other weapons also receive nerfs and buffs in this update, which will shake up the meta. In this guide, we’ll show you how to unlock the Rytec AMR in Warzone.

How to unlock the Rytec AMR in Call of Duty Modern Warfare

The Rytec AMR unlocks through an in-game challenge. The unlock criteria is to get 3 Quickscope Kills using Sniper or Marksman Rifles in 15 different matches. You can unlock this weapon by completing the challenge in any mode. According to Infinity Wards patch notes on this update, a blueprint variant is also available through an in-game Store bundle called ‘Lost Souls.’ 

Rytec AMR Damnation - Call of Duty Modern Warfare

Find a marksman rifle or sniper rifle you are comfortable with, and make sure your ADS speed is maxed out. If you are new to Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Warzone, we’ll explain how to quickscope for you. 

To quickscope, line up your shot and zoom in. As soon as your crosshair shows up, you will want to take your shot. If you wait too long, it’s not considered a quickscope. You will receive a notification as you complete the challenge, so you should know when you are doing it correctly.
