How to Unlock Kronos Island Cyber Space Levels in Sonic Frontiers

A trip down memory lane. A fast lane.

Sonic Frontiers might not be the perfect game, but surely it gives the player some great moments. Despite everything, this game surely brings Sonic to a new generation and also provides an adventure to be remembered. With lots of content and an open-world of sorts, Sonic is into a huge adventure with battles against some dangerous and pretty giant enemies that are distributed in several islands. Furthermore, one of those is Kronos Island, the first area of the game where you awake from a pretty odd experience that took place, you guessed it, in the Cyber Space. With several levels available, here is how to unlock Kronos Island Cyber Space Levels in Sonic Frontiers.

How to Unlock Kronos Island Cyber Space Levels

Each Starfall Island (Kronos, Ares, Chaos and Ouranos) has several Cyber Space levels to be unlocked. What is the Cyber Space you say? Well, the Cyber Space is a digital world (you don’t say!) that has the particular detail that is mostly recreated by Sonic’s memories. For Sonic is initially pretty traumatic, for us is a great way to enjoy classic-Sonic inspired tracks, both in 2D and 3D (be sure to return your VR glasses when exiting, please). You will find inspiration from areas such as Green Hill Zone, Chemical Plant or the Sky Sancturay.

In order to enter and unlock the Cyber Space levels, you will have to find the portals that are distributed throughout the whole islands. That being said, Kronos Island is the first of the bunch, so you won’t have any problem finding them. Next, you will have to exchange some Portal Gears in order to enter the portals. In order to collect them, you wll have to defeat guardians, fish with Big the Cat or purchase them by expending Treasure Tokens or Gold Cards.

Cyber Space Levels List

Here is a list of the Cyber Space levels with their respective theme and inspiration:

The feels, man.

Finally, it is important to know that the rewards you get from completing the Cyber Space levels are Vault Keys. These will help you obtain the Chaos Emeralds and continue your journey in Sonic Frontiers. Go ahead and relieve some good old Sonic memories and prepare yourself for fast time attack races and maybe a little bit of frustration. Yes, I’m not very good at this game.
